BMW Transmission Service

- Scan vehicle for any fault codes to ensure the sensors and pressures are correct
- Drain transmission oil, remove sump and filters
- Replace filters and clean all components
- Refit all components with a new genuine pan gasket
- Fill transmission with DMS high performance transmission fluid
- Quality test drive
- Optional clutch/gear calibration

How much does it cost to service a BMW?

What does the BMW service include?
The BMW engine service includes replacement of engine oil, new washer on sump plug, top up of other fluids, air filter replacement (if necessary) and a vehicle safety check. The transmission services includes scanning the vehicle for fault codes, replacing the oil and filter, new oil pan gasket, quality test drive and an optional clutch/gear calibration.
How often does a BMW need an oil change?
The BMW recommended interval for changing oil is every 8000 kilometres or at least once a year, whichever comes sooner.
Should you service a BMW every year?
BMW recommends that you service your car at least once a year, regardless of how many kilometres you have driven, to perform an oil change and service check.
